Hello, all! So, I finally shot my second (hopeful) set for SG yesterday! I shot my debut set in May/June- I have been long overdue! Since moving to Maryland in August, I wasn't able to find a photographer that I felt could emulate the SG style, or that I had chemistry with. There was a weird energy surrounding myself and my creative process for a few months, and I am so relieved that it has finally cleared. Anyway, I am super pleased with the shots that we captured! I shot with S. Baxter Cohen Photography (sbaxtercohenphoto.tumblr.com). When we met for an initial coffee meeting, we hit it off, and I was excited to find someone with not only the talent, but the same vision, style, and matching chemistry I feel necessary to produce great art. It is a Ouija themed set (a tribute to the ouija board tattooed on my ribs/stomach). I feel this set captured my personality, style, and comfort with my sexuality very well, and I am very proud of both parties involved in this project.
We also shot a few things around the house at his request (and I am so glad he requested, because I absolutely adore the shots!), and I am happy to be able to share them here! Enjoy his work, leave your thoughts, check out his tumblr, show him love, and enjoy the butts! :-)
Also, just an aside- the evening before, I headed to D.C. to see a production of Anything Goes at The Warner Theatre- a gorgeous establishment dripping in gold foliage, stained glass floral lighting, chandeliers, and red velvet. I had doe eyes the entire time. And the show was fabulous! I have always loved plays and musicals.
*** I cannot upload photos to a blog from a computer for some reason, so the photos will be posted in a blog that I will post from my phone in just a moment!
