Hello SGLand!
Today I shot with Jerry Tosh for submissions to Dark Beauty magazine. Jerry is only 20 years old, and has only been doing photography for TWO years! However when he contacted me with his portfolio, I knew I had to shoot with him before he left back to Florida. Not only is he very talented, but he is a complete sweetheart and a blast to work with.
We played in bodysuits and six inch combat boots out in a nature reserve today, and I barely noticed that it was 40 degrees 😁 I can't wait to share the photos with you all!
I haven't been posting due to a tremendous funk I have been wallowing in. Since I moved to Maryland (which is beautiful and wonderful) I have been seriously unproductive. It is a very different atmosphere than what I was used to in Myrtle Beach, and I haven't found my own group of homies yet, which is hard. Also, the area that I live in is quite tame and well, the businesses and hang outs here aren't really into the same things that I am. Also, there are about zero photographers around 😭 so I have had trouble keeping busy. I am feeling great after today though, and am thinking I will just have to start travelling to shoot (and I do love adventures).
I am writing from my phone at the moment, and promise to write another blog tomorrow or so! I need my SG community and love hearing from you all 💜
