So around 4 months ago I decided I wanted to start loosing some weight,
I wanted to get into shape so I got a PT and started clean eating, gym and swimming, I was so surprised how great I started to feel on the inside, I felt motivated, tired in the evenings, slept easier and felt all over happier.
These are my changes so far ❤️
Another 4 months to go! Untill I go solo ☺️
