So my missing family has checked in, YAY! They lost their car, and they worked on the floating casinos so they have nojobs but they are alive and well. YAY!!

Thank goddess or fate or whatever for that! No jobs & no car sucks, but is infinitely better than the unthinkable alternatives. Habitat is a possibility for the future, yes maam. But I also have one-three weeks now. I've put in apps with about a dozen (mostly religious) aid groups, but haven't heard back from any. Of course if they want me to proselytize, I'll have to find another group. But I can go along to get along if there's no Bible-thumping involved.
