I was a Christmas temp until recently but one of our other store branches a few miles away wanted a new supervisor, so I went and asked to be considered. I went to the store last Tuesday to check the place out and see how it runs up there (it's in a garden centre and I've been working in the town centre) and he got me to do some merchandising and customer service etc and then said if I wanted the job I could have it. So I'll shortly start working 3 days at the other store and 2 days in the town store(s).

I'm really chuffed. I love where I work and the people I work with and I'm glad I get to stick around, and if I do decide to move on in the future it opens up more doors for me in the way of jobs.
