It finally just hit me as to why I have felt like crap lately...duh I cant believe it took me so long to realize. For the longest time I had been eating really healthy and exercising everyday but lately I have slacked majorly. I have eaten nothing but junk and not really exercised at all (unless you count toting around a 25lb baby) No wonder Im feeling stressed out and lethargic! As of tomorrow Im back on track to making myself feel better.
