I agree with everyone else. That's definitely something to be concerned over.
It's funny, we're about the same height and I feel healthiest when I'm about your weight. 170lbs is 20 or 30lbs too light for me. When I got out of basic training at a little over 160lbs I felt frail and weak. Of course, I've got at least 40 extra pounds to get rid of at the moment.
