I'm not much into Christmas...in fact I pretty much can't stand this time of year. It's over-commercialized, rubbing Christianity in everyone's face (no offense to any Christians, but there are other religions that I wish would be more recognized during this time of year as well), and I'm always broke for most of December and January because of it. And also the music sucks. But I'll quit being a Grinch for a minute becuase this week's @bloghomework is to tell what the top 3 presents would be for someone like me. Which is super fun! So here's my list:
1. MORE TATTOOS PLEASE.
Seriously if someone ever bought me a tattoo I wanted that would be the best gift ever. I'm constantly spending all my money (that I should NOT be spending) on more artwork to support my addiction! In fact if I don't have an upcoming tattoo appointment booked then I'm all anxious and it's all I can think about until I can at least get one booked. Yeah it's actually a big problem, haha. So this would be the number one perfect gift for me.
2. Anything to do with the occult.
As many of you know I am a pagan and I dabble in witchcraft. I am fascinated by anything occult related and am always looking to expand my collection. I'm constantly trying to expand my tools and altar, and since I believe that tools should be handmade or gifted and never purchased, I'm always overjoyed when someone gives me an altar tool as a gift. Anything at all in this genre I would be happy to receive as a gift, from altar tools to books to crystals! I adore it all.
3. Anything that is handmade.
I'm a sucker for handmade gifts. They are so much more personal than anything you could buy from the store. And the fact that someone actually took the time and effort to make it for me makes it mean so much more. I try to make most of the gifts I give out handmade items, it's so much more thoughtful. Plus it saves money!
