You walk through the day as a breeze, disturbing not a hair on those you pass. To those who move about you you are a shadow, silent as a whisper; but to me you are a hurricane, a supernova, a bright, shining light that screams to my senses. As you pass me I inhale your scent, storing it for later rumination. When I brush against you the silk of your skin lights a fire in my brain. The sight of you arouses my heart and quickens my breath. You dominate my thoughts and run riot over my emotions. When your path intersects with my life you leave both ruin and renewal, death and rebirth. You are the sum total of my wants, needs and desires.
You are the moon, and I am the tide that you control.
