I'm having my usual Sunday night anxiety attack. It's mild, and nothing to worry about. I was telling a good friend earlier not to worry, because even my big attacks usually don't last beyond an hour. I take comfort in the fact that my week will include the following things:
1- Work only on Monday, Tuesday, and half of Wednesday. I then have off until the next Tuesday
2- Doctor's appointment on Wedneday. I will finally addres this debilitating cough
3- Optometrist and dentist on Thursday. I'll get new glasses for the first time in YEARS. I've been told I need to update my look, so new frames are coming. Maybe some coloured contacts, if they'll let me have them in the 2-for-1 deal
Also dentist-related, I have my consultation on August 31 for the first step of my major dental work. I have a feeling my insurance will be capped soon, but I get another $2500 to use starting in January. If I need a lot more work after that, I might just take out a loan. This would have been a lot easier if I'd taken care of my teeth as a child. Oh well, I'll be smiling again some day.
Thanks to all of you who commented on my piercings. I'm really happy with them. I have to keep my blood sugar under tight control for the next little while so as to not impede the healing process. That means I won't be drinking daily like I was last week. I think that's a good thing.
Enough rambling, g'night everyone.
