It seems I have a thing about my foot. When it's not in my mouth, I'm shooting myself in it.
I've been drowning in stress lately. School and work are the 2 main sources. Usually, I stress over stuff that isn't as bad as it seems, but that doesnt't make it any less hard on me. I got my new bed yesterday, which I hope will help me sleep, and I stocked up on diabetes supplies today so my blood sugar won't be as wonked as it's been the past week. Send me some positive energy, and a lil luck. I could use both.

You have to watch out for those feet... they can be dangerous. At least if it's in your mouth, you won't be tripping over it. I don't know what to tell you about shooting yourself in it other than to try using some antiseptic ointment daily and let it breathe. I know what you're saying about stress. Last week was a bad one for me. My anxiety was off the charts. I had an attack that lasted three days straight. I think it wa because of the doctors altering my antidepressants. I am going off those meds also. I have been okay thus far, but it's only been about a week without them. Little things get blown up into big things, its not your fault. Thats what I keep telling myself. I hope you are getting my positiveness. I don't have much lately, but what I do have I am willing to share with you. You're not alone. Good luck.
