omg im so sore between work and then the gym for an hour my arms back and abs r on fire go i hope i can start to see results in the next couple weeks if i can get as cut as i was in high school i'll be so happy with my self

still cant decise what piercing i want next ive got it narowed down to 1,2,or 3 on my lip, 2 in my tongue, or 1 on my eye brow help me decide please i could use the help im very indecisive.

thanks i always love to hear some one apreciates the the work, and i have to thank my friend for making me work out again just cause i cant staind the hes more cut and toned than me now so now im trying to get my self atleast as toned as he is but i especialy want to get my V and my 8 pack back to what they use to be

I know there's more to e being in shape but I know I'd get a lot more action if I had a fcuking body like that haha. You're doing good, keep up the good work. And come pick me up on the way to the gym so I can get in shape too haha
