Anyone who has talked to me about my photography will know that it's been my dream to shoot girls for SG for aggggges, but different things have held me back- not having the right camera for my needs, having to self teach a lot of the basics (I did photography as an A level but it was more art based than technical), learning editing techniques and needing some confidence in my own abilities. I've been pouring a lot of money into getting new kit and practising on myself nearly every day. Then one day I took the plunge and decided to shoot @nanci and then @casca shortly after in return for her shooting a cosplay set for me.
Shooting another photographer is always nerve-wracking as I don't want to let them down and feel like I need to prove myself- Casca was very patient with me even when my camera started having a few issues (something to do with the model, it calmed down after a short break). Overall I was really delighted with how the set came out, I still have lots to learn but I can't get over what an achievement it is for me to make this step and finally do something I always wanted to. This set is due out in 5 months 1 week but I hope it jumps as Casca deserves the recognition for her talent and hard work. She looks so pretty and colourful ❤
I would LOVE to see her sotd again, so please do give her some love when it's released 😍
