So I was wrestling with the neighbor girl and I kinda flipped backwards off of the bed and landed right on my neck 
So know from the base of my neck to the middle off my shoulder blades hurts like hell. I can barely move....We laughed about it though it was funny kind of in slow motion..oh well its all fun and games

Atleast your was on a floor and not on a rock outside. That's where we usually wrestled when I was younger.
