Since december ive been trying to loose some weight. Specially on my sides. I was around 76kg when i started and im now at 69kg.
I know its kind of sad but a breakup will do this to you... Im eating now though and keeping my body in shape as good as i can. Taking long walks and doing stomach rolls seems to do the trick for now.
My goal is 65kg and then train some more stomach muscles and maybe a bit arms. I have strong-man-circus-arms...
