I know it’s apart of my life when I’m so busy and constantly getting things done ! However I’ve just wanted to ask you guys what you do to relive yourself when you are just a ball of anxiety! I have so many great things going on in life and I just feel like this is ruining my focus !

I have a meditation practise that I combine with journaling which I can share with you, I deal with alot of anxiety and depression. I’m also an introvert, who’s also a consultant, so I am forced to spend a lot of time outside of my comfort zone which very often leaves me mentally and emotionally drained. I call it energy vampirism. I have recently discovered that swimming helps me out a lot as well, when my anxiety is high, going for a swim helps clear my head, and burn some calories, which is a double win. :-)

It's really difficult to deal with anxiety. I have borderline, and my strongest symptom is anxiety. First thing you might do is to see a psychiatrist, trust me, he will know exactly the medicine or treatment you should take. I do take pills, but another thing that keeps me on track is smoking weed. It makes me relax and think clearly.. I hope you get better soon dear
