For those keeping track - since my last post, we found out that my father was being scammed. Thankfully we found out, and he hadn't lost too much money (only $200). Thankfully he is broke, so he had no money to send... We found the same pictures that he sent, of the "woman" on a modeling website from Hawaii, and in several blogs describing Nigerian, and other, scams. It's a shame, because he feels really terrible right now.
However, I still know too much about what my father is up to when it comes to his personal life, but I guess I'll have to deal with that.
So let's check the scam scoreboard:

My wife shall hence forth be referred to as Hector Detector!
The remaining games of the Phillies season will be agonizing, I suspect. But I gotta have some faith - go Phils!!

I'm afraid the kitten and bunny are not new. They were taken early summer I believe and shortly after, the bunny passed away and shortly after that, I had to adopt out the adorable Polly-Sugar. I miss her like crazy. I'm glad you like the picture!
