Things are going fairly well with me, too. Yesterday really was an amazingly nice day. Too bad the whole summer can't be like that.

I very rarely watch MTV or VH1 or anything. I'm just not interested in the shows they have or the videos they play. Fuse seemed pretty decent when I was wathing it in the hotel last week. *shrugs* There are so many good bands around that seem like they're not going to make it simply because they're not like what's already on the radio, and that's sad.
Im tired of working.....Just imagine how nice it would be to not have to get up and do whatever you want all day......just have a steady income and not have to do anything.....that would be great...

i saw the movie at a theatre that onl plays indie and foreign films that the big theatre chains wont buy, if you have one in your area check it out they might have it, im sure if you do a search for where its playing youll have luck too.

I don't think the fact that the bouncer was black had anything to do with it. Peabody's is notorious for having stupid dress codes. I've been in groups that had someone turned away, and I've heard a number of stories about other people who had the same problem. They've just got stupid rules.

I haven't been to the Outer Banks in ages. The closest I've come is some random beach in North Carolina that we all went to Friday. I couldn't even begin to venture a guess as to which one it was, though, and it probably isn't really that close to the Outer Banks after all.

Sadly, I'm not too up on the fun stuff to do around here. From what I've seen and heard, Coyote West and Hell's Kitchen in Norfolk are both pretty decent. There are nights when The Backstage Cafe can be pretty good, too. Avoid Peabody's in Virginia Beach, though. I have never had a good experience there. I know very few people who have. I also recommend getting into SGVA when you can. They're a good, fun group of people.
