I know this is probably common sense, but the most useful thing that I own would have to be my home.
I am so, so proud to say that I own my own home. I never thought I ever would. It's been a life lesson and a blessing at the same time. Lol. It was already 30 years old when we purchased it, so it's been a crazy ride of remodeling nightmares, but it's been so fun at the same time! I mean, I even got a Hopeful set out of one of the remodels! (Muddin' by me <3)
It's been nice to have a stable home for my children. Also, to not worry about having a landlord getting upset over having all of my furbabies. I can tear down walls and build a fence and install a pool if I want to. It's definitely a whole different type of freedom.

@daddycus renting is an entire nightmare here. The same size house I have would be almost three times as much as I pay for my mortgage if I were renting it. It's disgusting. But thank you so much! It's a lot of work, but it's so rewarding. One day, I hope I'm in a place where I can flip houses!

@littlejohn22 it's got it's ups and downs for sure! Like, I can't call my landlord when my dishwasher goes out. But then again, you can't get a landlord to do ANYTHING for their tenants around here anyway.
