so a fair bit ago i had started the squat challenge. I got to day 16 and said fuck it i dont have time for this. However now, i have restarted it, with a few friends and we're on day 5 now. We've also started the planking challenge. THAT is proving to be alot more difficult then i thought it would be. I have attached a photo i took a couple weeks ago before i started the challenges. Ill post a progress pic at day 10.

Stick with it, I just finished the 30 day squat challenge, and the results are so worth it! ;)

thanks guys! unforunately i didn't stick with it because i lost count but i still do squats every day, just little bits here and there
