well, its a shiny new day (oh wait, its never actually shiny in london. oh well, i'm happy in my fantasy landscape).
things are getting a bit more organized around here. the files that were spread over the office have been collected and all the papers that had come out of the files and then shuffled together and then scattered across the desktop have safely found their ways back into the appropriate slot of the appropriate file.
i have yet to develop a website for my prehistoric company, but that will have to wait. those essays are taking up all my time.
I really didn't think i would ever use the word 'emo' (except possibly in a derrogatory sense, which hardly counts because i'm not even sure what 'emo' really means), but i have recently. and in an essay of all places--but this is only shorthand for 'emotional qualities' of Japanese Rimpa art. i hope i remember to proof read before handing it in. usually i'm too bored of the topic to deal with proof reading, but fortunately, i haven't misspelled anything of screwed up grammatically in any way so far. i should remember the way those things conveniently work out for me without having to put forth effort the next time i feel like the world is against me.
[edited to say:] this is what i do for fun during my lunch hour-->
