Have you ever loved something so much that just the thought of it brings a smile to your face? For me, that special someone is my 13-year-old cat, Tiny.
Tiny is such a cuddle bug and is often the one you see in my lap during streams! He's been with me for so many wonderful years and has brought so much joy into my life.
I found Tiny 13 years ago during a winter walk through a park. I noticed a reusable grocery bag lying in the snow and, curious, I picked it up. Imagine my surprise when I found a small white cat inside! I immediately tucked him inside my jacket and ran home, grinning all the way. My mom wasn't thrilled to hear a meow from my jacket, but when I explained, she couldn’t help but smile. Initially, I named him Casper, but he quickly became TinyCat, and eventually, just Tiny.
Tiny has been my constant companion through thick and thin. Every night, he sleeps above my head on my pillow or sometimes even uses my head as his pillow! If I'm taking an afternoon nap, he's always snuggled up against me. He's always by my side.
Writing this is a reminder to cherish every moment. Tiny is here now, and he’s a happy and loving presence in my life. I appreciate every purr, cuddle, and playful moment we share.
He's not "just a cat" to me. He's so much more—he's my best animal friend.
