So as well as weights I have run to day. Am pleased with my over all first week have exercised every day bar Friday! I have eaten less meat more beans and pulses and less fat. Sugar intake is down. Baccy is down, but not out. But I give myself a 8/10 for over all sticking with it. Starting week two tomorrow
