So for those who are with me, by reading, on my 'life change blog' I would like to thank you for reading and welcome you to a small corner of Wales.
Today was day 1. I had an 8/10 day. My goals for this period is to stop smoking, change my diet, get back to training, and keep focused on the task.
So I have had 2 joints today. 👌Hence the 8/10. I did go from my primary job to secondary job. With no sitting down and smoking, hence making it today and not putting it off 👍 I have walked to and from work, and did weights 👍 So I am fairly pleased with it. I have cooked a reasonably healthy tea and packed lunch for tomorrow will be sorted before bed 👍
I do want to get running or training before work. But as yet this has not happen! I am staying positive and it will.
