After an eternity of pondering these questions.. I did the obvious. I asked a black guy. He was then able to explain to me that her milkshake was her pussy/sex/technique and it brings all the boys to her. They all want a piece of her pie so to say.
Then suddenly it all made sense. And why I didn't get it in the first place is beyond me.
