ok just once more before i leave. i think i'll even leave the window open until i'm walking out of the door-just so i won't update 6 more times. it just occurred to me that my great grandma still has no idea that my tongue is pierced. i have to go get flesh colored balls or something-hehehehe-that sounded funny to me. so um-landslide anyone-i forgot that that song was covered by a crazy little band i was in love with at some point-and i just put in their greatest hits-and yay! but then the cure came on-cause it's on my playlist and it's gonna start again. this whole cure/joy division/anything else i listened to when i was 5 and worshipped. it's gonna be non-stop 80's assault and chris hates it. he'd be so happy if i just listened to hip hop-bullshit all day or even they might be giants-which to me is quite cheesy-fun and energetic like live-but still cheesy. anyway-i'm gonna go get dressed now and not close this just cause then i will update 6 more times.
i also think maybe i should rethink this whole dreading my hair thing. i'm not sure-anyone have an opinion on dreads?? i love the way they look on certain people-i want really thin small twisty ones-not just big nappy bunches of hair-but i have no desire to look like a dirty hippie. so i'm thinking if i wait a month and i still want to do it-i'll go for it. but i don't know.
i guess the most annoying part of my day is that 10 minutes when i'm standing in front of the mirror trying to decide if i want to wear my billy idol shirt-or my bowie shirt. they both kickass-and it takes me forever to decide that although they're both beautiful-i'll go with bowie so i can wear my purple barrettes. what the hell happened to me??? i remember 3 years ago when i didn't own barrettes and i would wake up and put on whatever smelled clean. how did i cross over into girlie as fuck???? i love it-i might even have some socks that match it.
i think i shall go out of my way to not call attention to me today-just a feeling i got. oh yeah-yesterday james said the funniest thing ever to me. he said i don't know anything about siouxie because that was way before my time. hehehehehehehehe!!!! like for one-he's so much older than me right-he's what like 23? nice. and i bet bowie and petty and the fucking cure and joy division and all this other shit i listen to was way before my time too right?? you know i just realized that almost everything i listen to that's old was pretty mainstream. hahahaha-oh well-what about rush?? (just for geoff and josh) or even floyd-i say fuck you guys. the first concert i went to was pink floyd-minus waters unfortunately but it's not like i remember it anyway-i was only like 7. but yeah ok-that cracked me up. one of the funniest things i've heard all year.
well that's lame-i got ditched by my little cousin. how rude! apparetnly he's leaving town today rather than catching a ride with us-which means that he and my little brother will be getting into trouble without me-no fair! oh well.
i have to quit this quickly to burn something-so i think i shall just take off when i'm done with the CD. velcro shoes make me happy-they should make more velcro shoes for adults. ok kids-i'm sure i'll check in no matter where i go. it's been fun.
