Sure it does. You're going with the natural rhythm of the earth one way, and the other you aren't. I've had to start coming to terms with the fact that I can't stay up like I used to. It would seem that you have to be more diligent about self-care as you get older. So if you notice that sleep is more restful if you go to bed a bit earlier, and it's easier for you to fall back asleep when you do, THEN DO THAT. Life is already going to be short enough as it is, don't knock years off your life cause you won't listen to the signals your body is sending. It's going to make you submit one way or the other to it's needs, so why torture yourself? At least that's what I've been slowly coming around to for myself...

Oh i didnt fall back asleep. Ive been up since 3am. I normally have really bad insomnia but i was incredibly tired last night. But i normally wake up tired. Unless i get 3 hours sleep
