Brighteye and I have been looking around for a new place (mostly wishful thinking) fore awhile now and today a good acquaitence of his mentioned a few.
One in particular I am absolutely smitten over!!!!
Why I'm in love:
<3 The place hasn't been touched since the previous owner died about 28 years ago so its kinda kitschy (if I'm using the proper terminology that is!) The previous owner used the house as his home and his chiropratic office!!!!
<3 Three bedrooms upstairs!!
<3 the most adorable kitchen with a red breakfast nook and red shelves..
<3 awesome front porch with swing!!
<3 Wood floors!!
<3 Lots of windows with great lighting
<3 great "living room" with adorable fireplace!
<3 Mud room! hehe
<3 two or 3 other downstairs rooms! One has a massage bed and more really neat things
<3 little sun room thingy
<3 antique furniture
<3 backyard for Mr. Sanchez
<3 basement
<3 secret rooms everywhere
<3 WOULD BE PERFECT FOR TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS (SETS!!)
<3 comes with kitty that comes in the house and naps on beds and roams the house. so sweet kitty (had a collar on)
<3 The rent would be an awesome deal for what we'd be getting

What sucks:
no shower just tubs (I'm cool with that)
no outlets in bathroom(we'll use one of the other rooms to get ready!!!)
No heating or air (HELLO!! FANS, WINDOWS & HEATERS!)
Brighteye mentioned what were paying for rent now so it might go up. lol.
no washer and dryer (I'll handwash the shit!!!)
super small sink and no dishwasher (i like washing dishes and if all else fails PAPER PLATES. haha jk)
I'm in love with the place and we dont get to keep it.


So hopefully I can check out the place with Brighteye and the owners and we can discuss rent and everything that needs to be fixed etc.. *** and brighteye just informed me they should be installing heating and air!!***

I want this place so bad I can taste it..

That house makes me kinda horny just thinking about it. thats a bit scary...
