Have I mentioned that I love to write? ahahahah
I had a lot of anxiety attacks when I was younger... and a therapist I had indicated that I write down what I was feeling as a way of venting and to ease these crises... I don't do therapy anymore (although I would love to go back) , but writing continues as a habit and beyond that, as a form of self-knowledge and control.
That in this photo is my "Diary" (Mandala Lunar. Some latinas must know (:)
No one will ever know me better than these sheets, lol.
