Yesterday was the first day of my last semester of school! I can't fucking wait to graduate. I'm so in love with everything I'm learning. We got assigned our final project last night. We have 15 weeks to work on it and I'll need it! We can do anything we want for the project. I have a couple of ideas that I really want/ need to/ should do. I kind of want to do all of them and just spend every single night at school working on things.

Here are my ideas...

• 1. Engineer, mix, master and produce my brother's bands new and old songs and give him a full length album



• 2. Record my own mini album of cover songs I've been dying to do.

This would involve launching my Kickstarter project to raise money to transport my piano to the studio and back, probably around $500. So if this project wins, expect me to beg for money


• 3. Finish polishing old projects and aren't preofessional quality and put together a demo reel

I would be doing this anyway, but that includes polishing my Toy Story Project from last semester by working on it for probably another 30 hours or so.


• And lastly, I could be completely ambitious and start a whole new Post Production project, possibly stripping the sound from a clip of Finding Nemo and redoing everything from the ground up including music, voices, sound effects and foley.

But I want to do everything!!! The floor is open for voting! What do you think I should do? If i end up recording my own covers and music, people who contributed money toward moving my piano, would get a free copy once it's done in February.
