I havent had time to go to the gym at all this last week. I'm scared I'm going to fall off the wagon again.
SO I'm revamping my goals.
New goals : Hit the gym on Wednesdays, Thursdays. Saturdays and Sundays at minimum. Try to lose 1% of my body weight each week.
So for the longest time I thought I was lactose intolerant but that proved not to be the case. I have a food intolerance, I just have to figure out what food it is. I'm going to track what I eat and hopefully come up with something. Does anyone know what food or food group may cause stomach cramping, bloating, and a rash? Not hives, just little itchy red spots and only on my legs and they go away after about 3 or 4 hour. Mostly...
Not sure if it's related but I am extrememly tired. I read online that is the case with some food allergies, but I think that's due to my 14 hour days.
