Update on the whole situation with alex's brother and sister in law.
If you haven't read my past blogs, they moved in with us from Texas because he lost his job. In a nutshell. Keeping track I'm out almost 700 bucks because of paying for their Uhaul and groceries etc.
Last week alex's sister in law Jennifer, got hired at a pub in town. She worked a couple of days and then alex's brother Juan got hired there as well.
Well she got a check in the mail from her old job in Texas for 130 bucks. I had to deposit it into my account, then withdraw it out so she could have it. She didn't offer to pay me back any, o to use it to buy her bridesmaid dress or groceries or bills or anything.
Instead they spent the money on getting drunk at the pub they both work at the day before Juan starts his job there. Which would be fine, if they were behaving themselves. But no. The owner was there that night and I guess Juan and Jennifer were making asses out of themselves in front of customers and Jennifer told my friend (another waitress who was going to be training her the following day) that she hated everyone there and that she hated being a waitress. So they both got fired. Then my friend calls me and tells me what happened. I come home from work and they don't answer when Alex knocks on their bedroom door, so we think they aren't here. Maybe looking for another job or something. But no. they're there. they just dont come out until they have to use the bathroom. He's playing on his computer and she's watching movies. Meanwhile I have 50 bucks to my name and they've eaten all the food in the apt. and i dot get paid for another week. how are we supposed to pay for a wedding at the same time? I'm extremely pissed off and stressed.
On top of that, I've had to censor my behavior so much to make sure they're comfortable. Hence the reason why i haven't logged on in a while. But seeing as how they haven't come out of their room for 3 days, i figure I'm safe. I've seen Jennifer twice in three days and I haven't seen Juan at all.
I'm pretty sure Juan set some kind of record for getting fired the fastest. He was fired about 6 hours before his first shift started.
I'm pissed. They need to have some kind of income soon or they're going to have to live with Alex and Juan's mom.
