I dunno, when you get accepted they give you allt this stuff to read and whatever, and in it, it says that if they reject your set and Missy sends you an email about it that usually its just to help like if you need more close up shots or maybe to use a flash if you've done them yourself or something. But I do know that Missy isn't always the one that says yes or no, that's all I meant.
