Finished my freakin' paper...the professor said it was due 3pm and of course it took me exactly until then including the 10 minutes my printer decided to spaz out in a weird way.
I did work on Chinatown, the threat of gentrification and the efforts to rebuild since 9/11, just scratched the surface but learned some fascinating history and made some interesting new friends too.

This is a typical corner in the Fukienese area which runs around East Broadway.

This is a fancy European restaurant that replaced a Chinese-owned business on Lafayette/Grand.

When I took this I thought it was one of the infamous Chinatown buses that connect Chinatowns along the East Coast, but if you read the faint writing it's something totally different.
