Well, I finally stopped procrastinating and started exercising again yesterday. My regular routine was cardio one day, strength training the next, alternating. I always feel so much better when I'm doing this, so I need to get serious about it again. Saturday night during the "free for all" dancing, I barely did anything but completely wore myself out. NOT a good sign! Also need to start eating better. The taquitos, chips and beer last night didn't help (but damn, they tasted so good!!). My fitness guru is Susan Powter. I don't care what anyone says about her - the things she says about food and exercise make SENSE. So, wish me luck!
