Byron came home with a cold yesterday, but he's feeling better today. That poor guy gets more colds than anyone I know. He's got allergies too, but does he go to the doctor and see about allergy shots?? Noooo.....

I found out the other day that my Aunt Ruth passed away, almost a month ago. Communication snafu. She had congestive heart failure. My dad has that too. I didn't know her very well - OK, at all. But I still feel sad. Mom says when she married my uncle, she was an orphan with no siblings, so my uncle's family became hers. He died a couple years ago, so now they're together, I hope...

More library fun today. It's pouring down rain, but I'm dressing light because I know they'll have the heat turned up to 80 as usual...
