I got caught up in a week of work, play and stress. I've a stiff learning curve on crafting emails that help customers and I feel that I'm losing my drive to succeed in that regard. Hard to help people with so little information. grr.
I've had the kids for under a week, and it's good so far. Tomorrow will be a good test as I'm off and it'll just be us three for the day. I'm a little nervous because of that, and not having both together since last year--and this year I'm thinking of teaching my son to drive.
I've also been thinking about next year's Burning Man, since it's too late for me to go to this year's. I had a great time when I went in '09, and think I should save up and go again--shake the system up a bit, since I've been in and out of the foxhole/cubicle (military/office job) mindset since I got back. (And, if I deploy again, it will give me a much needed mental vacation to remember as I'm headed to a different type of desert.)
