Well, I landed the digital gig and soon will be trained to handle videos and apps! I hope that the training doesn't fully break me. I'm looking forward to training and learning this new job at the 'Zon; I also get to roll back to my wireless support position if I don't make any headway in other positions.

I didn't manage to define the leader that I am/can be in my leadership interview; I'm a little disappointed in myself that I didn't get it, but only because I know that I'd be great at the role. I can't sell myself without coming across as a braggart. Most people think my the most goiste person since I am full of bravado (which I fake mostly).

The day wasn't a bright sun-shiny day that it could have been, a girl at work that I had thought we hit it off said she sort-of had someone ("it's complicated")... We had met at the 'Zon's end-of-Q4 party, before she started working there--but she had to take off before I could give her my number. I had hoped it'd go better, but it's a start since I haven't attempted to ask anyone out in a few years--deployments do that to a bloke. Now at least I know, and maybe that'll be good so I'm not so worried about an answer next time I ask someone out to coffee.
