I was hoping to have culled images for the trip I took to California on March 2nd, but sadly, I didn't take my own camera so I have to wait for the camera's owner to either hand me a disc or the memory card with the pictures. It was a blast and if I don't move out of the country within a year (hoping to advance with the 'Zon to another country), I'll be taking my own camera to the next Read Across event.

I recently received a check from iUniverse for the royalties I made sales of my poetry collection, Myths the Books of Magick, and it got me thinking about me getting another collection together. I have had a Mead notebook laying around, filled with so unedited poems. I'm thinking of getting serious and actually edit them to make a kindle title. I would also add the poems I wrote while on my last deployment to Iraq to the volume, and doing so would help me work out the kinks I have in keeping to a writing schedule.

I also interviewed for an editing role at the 'Zon and totally blew it by not preparing correctly, I hope to take that feedback and land the editing role I want for dot-co-dot-uk. I think taking a job in Ireland would be awesome and filled with better challenges for me. At least it keeps me dreaming.
