Why is it not Friday?!

Anyhoo ... it's been a manic week. Work has been frustratingly busy and I have had to deal with some annoying patients.

I'm currently sat here in my PJ's and my fetching minnie mouse slippers watching Frasier. I'm a sleepy girl! Hmmmmm .... I really am in the mood for cuddles tonight. I'm taking applications for a boy toy
