Jaimes and I went on a spontaneous adventure today - we drove out through the countryside and spent the day at Jenolan Caves (NSW, Australia).

The scenery was absolutely breathtaking! Even though I've been there numerous times, I couldn't remember a thing except for the blue lake (I was 5 the last time I went!).

Today we went on the 'River Cave' tour. We only spent about 2 hours (note the sarcasm), walking up and down 1,300 stairs, climbing down a 8 metre ladder (with no safety ropes/barriers might I add), sliding across the wet limestone floors and walking into the cave ceiling numerous times (this was more so me, than Jaimes).
Was definitely worth all the walking in the end though!

I don't know if any of you are into caving/exploring/adventures, but if you are and you're ever in NSW, you should definitely take some time to do a tour there!

How about that. I remember the caves, but not the blue lake. Might have to make another trip, I didn't know we had any blue lakes like that in Australia.
