What a weekend, I am glad it is over. We spent Saturday and most of Sunday working in the yard. Then Sunday I started doing laundry and when I went to put clothes in the dryer it wouldn't start, my husband said it was an easy fix it was just the bearings but we decided to buy a whole new set. Which will be delivered May 9th I can't wait!!! It is pretty sad when I get excited about new appliances. But I wouldn't trade my weekend with my wonderful husband and awesome son for anything, I would rather be at home working in the yard or cleaning house with my family rather than going out and pretending to have fun! Although, I do enjoy an occasional night out without the hubby or kiddo with some friends but I think spending time with the most important people in your life is the best!!

You are so not alone! I was so excited when we got our new washer and dryer. Then the same week my grandmother gave me a new set of gourmet cookware for a housewarming gift! I almost peed my pants it was so awesome... did I mention that I really can't cook?? I am becoming a domestic goddess =)
