ARRRGH!!!

My ghetto-ass neighbors dogs are pissing on the floor AGAIN...and it drips down into our loft because this buliding is 120 years old and the hardwood floors leak....

I've fucking HAD IT. I am calling my landlord today AND notifying them through certified letter that this needs to STOP or I am going to start withholding rent into an escrow account , until the people on top of us either:

A) Get rid of their dogs or B) Move the fuck out

This is going on despite numerous calls to the landlord and the landlord has even sent them a letter stating that they are no longer allowed to have dogs as they cannot care for them properly. But still they are here.

They never walk the fucking things, and let them run around like a rodeo starting sometimes at 5 in the fucking morning.

Ghetto ass motherfuckers...I'm ready to go upstairs and knock on their door and let Willow run in antake care of business once and for all.

Ah, the piss fountain. I had those neighbors once, although it wasn't so bad, because the dogs just pissed all over the second floor patio and it didn't actually come into my house, but was worse in that it did literally rain dog piss outside my front door. They were also crazy ultra Conservative christians with serious marital problems. The good old days.

I talked to Stiles before he left, but I haven't heard from him since he landed.
