Things have been going really great lately, I'm about as happy as I have been in a long time......now maybe one of these days i can get some more sleep 
But otherwise , all is well....she's just about all moved in, and we are making great strides as far as the domicile is coming, my place is a bit more girly now,what with all those skin care , haircare, etc.products being around, but I have to say it's welcome.
Ah, she gets off work soon, and tonite I am making her my version of Yum Nur - Thai sirloin steak salad....I've got it marinating in NamPla, Sugar,garlic,shallots and fresh lime juice, and it should be ready to hit the hibachi as soon as she walks in the door....toss it with some fresh sald greens and mint and basil and roasted peanuts and cucumber and tomatoes.......
i think she will approve.
it was gonna be veal Francese with risotto Milanese tonite, but I have this Thai bug in me right now so.....
I got a great line on a place to get Arabic ingredients from my Morrocan friend today, and I am gonna check it out tomorrow...really hope they carry pomegrante juice concentrate,and I already have a bunch of loomi (dried limes) I made myself...so next week it's gonna be a culinary tour of the Middle East.

Middle Eastern tour? Dude, I totally suggest a meal of Tabuli, Armenian string cheese, basterma, Yalanchi (stuffed grape leaves) and warm pita bread. I love visiting crazyanimallady's family for the holidays. They are old world Armenians and her aunt is the best cook.
