Well today was a quite one. Thank fuck, i needed a day of recovery after the excesses of the weekend. So with that in mind i am off to lie i bed a watch some movies... alone.

Thanks hun - I knew I was in for a wild ride when the first thing we did was a "shake out" which is a loop that starts off with 5G's and ends in -2G's
