It's difficult for me to be self-motivated.


It may seem silly, but lately I began composing an ongoing 'To Do' list for the next six months. Nothing incredibly major or pressing; merely things that'll hopefully create a more fulfilling life, socially and career-wise. Complacency is no longer tolerated. I can't live knowing I've wasted yet another day. Plus, having pals like Bellica, Coollkefonzie and TigerAngel ready to kick my ass back on course if I stray really helps matters.


Stuff's already been righting itself. Since my internet blew out (old home + old wires + bigger demands from contemporary services = NOT GOOD), I'm more active out and around town. Whatta shocker! Following suit, I haven't played games or watched much television either. I don't even care if I miss friggin' True Blood... now that's sayin' something.


Anyways, with the media distractions out of the way, old skills started to reemerge. Languages, music, drawing. It's Rex circa 2000 all over again and it's feeling pretty good! Let's hope this all culminates into great things, shall we?
