I was very happy this morning when I checked my business account ballance and it read $9,462.14!!! WOOHOO!!!! I finaly got paid from 3 clients + a deposit on a new job! Now I get to play catch up on Monday to make up for all the crap I couldn't do while I was broke. I have to order parts for the new job as well.. Anyway... I'm just happy!
I've been considering doing something that I think might help not only me, but my friends as well.. I'm thinking about starting a new company. Really, it would be a group of professional geeks, who's combined knowledge and experience can cover all aspects of IT for small business. I will begin my search this week for partners/associates/whateveryouwannacallem..
Here's what I'm looking for in potential partners:
1-2 Web Designers (capable of SEO)
2-6 PC/MAC techs (must have car & laptop) 2 yrs MIN experience!
1 REALLY good salesman (or woman) with a tech BG
1 REALLY good bookeeper/biz manager/secretary
and for now.. I guess that about covers it. I have realized after many years of trial and error, that some things simply can't be done all by myself.. That being said.. If you are from Philly, South Jersey, DE, NYC, and are a professional geek (out of work or not) please get in touch with me by email so that we can discuss our plans of world domination. mharazin@hpctc.com
Ok, so business aside.. It's a billion fucking degrees outside, there are no good movies in the theater, I've watched all my DVDs a thousand times, what's a guy to do??? Clean the house? Nah.. that involves work... I'm halfway tempted to check in to the hotel down the street here so I can use the damn pool! You know it's hot when you step out of the shower and sweat buckets! WITH THE AC ON!! I know, I'll invite the gang over for poker, food, and whatever else we can think of to do inside where it's cool!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

The Skeleton Key was honestly alot better than I expected. Still something of a generic surpise/thriller type, but it was still pretty enjoyable.
