Thursday - Tore ACL. Shitty way to end a workout..
Friday - Saw doctor, told him to cut me and fix it as soon as possible. Surgery scheduled for Tuesday.
Saturdy - Rested up
Sunday - Put on giant brace, some additional knee rigging and went ice diving in Wellington Lake. It was fun despite the pain. Last fun I get to have for a bit as the surgery has a long recovery.
Grody bonus - 'Cadaver tissue' will be used in the repair. A bit of cadaver ligament with bone plugs on either end is used to rebuilt my ACL.
