God, the fog is beautiful. I can't see across the street, nor can I see the stars. And there's this one spot where a street lamp is shining down on a tree, and all I can see is the part that's in the light. Everything else is shrouded by darkness.
Plus, there're all these lamps around, so there're glowing pinpoints of light illuminating the air and spilling out all over the place. It's gorgeous.
I love Portland. And Oregon in general. We almost never get fog back in California (not close enough to SF.)
