This, I've had more people tell me how wrong I am that I support (some thing I support) than asked me how I'm doing.
That... Is wrong.
I don't care if you don't eat meat. I am allergic to oranges. See how little that information affected your life? See how relevant that was?
OK, some background... I've been taking some shit on social media because I feel the FDA operates under archaic laws, mainly from vegan terrorists who don't respect that there are LAYERS to this issue.
This mentality that "If something doesn't work, throw it away." instead of "Let's fix this. Let's make it work.", makes me sick.
I also have friends that don't seem to understand that I can sympathize with the LGBTQ community without being a member of it.
Why, after fifty thousand years of civilization, do we still narrow EVERYTHING down to two options? I can't love puppies and kitties yet still like bacon and eggs? I can't like to go to bars, and not drink alcohol? I can't be a fan of Adult Swim yet not be a cable customer?
People are complex beings. We have found a way to turn dead animals into energy AND jewelry. We have this concept of Right vs Wrong, as if those words have any bearing in the grand scheme of things. What we MEAN is "Socially Acceptable" vs "Socially Destructive", and there's no lines that define each.
In fact... I'd say the only thing that IS wrong is trying to restrict people for behaving like people.
